It's a well maintained property with a very good location. Cleanliness is good but the pillows and blankets were stained and needs replacement. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a budget stay.

Stay was good. only the bed having Ant that something spread on floor and it was bite me. so need to focus on the pest control

I request that do not ever go to this hotel. Third class hotel. No cleanliness, No proper hospitality, No respect, they treat customers badly. Do not go by the photos on google. Maybe positive reviews are paid reviews.

"i had a good experience at sai niwas. The staff were very helpful and maintained my privacy, which i appreciated. However, one area for improvement is that they didn't clean the room daily, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, my experience was positive. Ok

Worst experience ever. Worst! worst! worst ! any positive comment about them is either fake or either they are paid to do that. See i ordered tea there they will serve you tea in a plastic bad and worst part there checkout timing is 10 am i did mine at 1 pm so i got a call from them around 4 pm to pay for bisleri bottle i already paid them them a full day hotel booking for three hours but still i told them ok i will pay but i was about to catch my train so couldn’t pay so after some hours they called back again for merely 20 rupees i did pay them but the room is smelly they wont do housekeeping the bedsheets are having stains and luckily i bought mine so i was lucky enough but please ik its cheap but its way below the price you will be offering

There are no facility in room. Room service is very poor if u use swimming pool u need to pay 300 per person extra.

The hotel was not ready to give hot water & floor was not clean & sticky. There was disturbance due to the toll gate next to the hotel. It was not a pleasant experience.
